Changes in player prices are coming.

Hello, managers! A decision has been made to rebalance player prices.

During the beta test, we already implemented a price rebalance aimed at improving the player experience and making pricing fairer. This current system isn't a failure, but it doesn't fully meet player needs.

As a reminder, player prices are currently calculated using the formula: skill level × skill multiplier × talent × 10000 ÷ age × national team multiplier.
The skill multiplier increases with skill (from 1.0 for players with a skill level of up to 50 to 2.0 for players with a skill level of 251 and above). National team players are given a multiplier of 1.1, while other players are given a multiplier of 1.0.

What's changing? It is proposed to calculate using a new formula:

S = 6.6 × skill ^ 2 × talent ^ 0.7 × (50 / (15 + age)) ^ 1.9 × national team coefficient.

Key advantages:
Using the levels, we can more accurately assess the contribution of each attribute to the cost.
Skill is the main determining factor.
Talent is slightly less significant in the new formula, but top players will still be on top.
The age-dependence graph is slightly smoother and non-linear, but still—the older the player, the cheaper he is (all other things being equal).

The price for all players will change after the next update, scheduled for next week.

Examples.
1) Let's take a player with a skill of 91, a talent of 9, and an age of 26 who doesn't play for the national team (national team coefficient = 1.0).
Using the old formula, his value is $378,000. Using the new formula, it's $370,980. We see a slight decrease in price.

2) Let's take a player with a skill of 101, a talent of 1, and an age of 17 who doesn't play for the national team (national team coefficient = 1.0).
Using the old formula, his value is $71,000 (quite low given his age and skill). Using the new formula, it's $157,197. We see a significant change in price due to the more important role of skill.

3) Let's take a player with a skill rating of 82, a talent rating of 5, and an age of 25, playing for the national team (national team coefficient of 1.1).
According to the old formula, his value would be $216,700. According to the new formula, it would be $230,129. We see a slight increase in price.
