1.1. In this Agreement, unless the context of the Agreement expressly provides otherwise, the following words and expressions written with a capital letter, used in the interaction of the parties in the course of fulfilling obligations, shall have the meanings indicated below:
Administrator — Administrator of the StarTeam website, who owns all relevant rights to the Site.
Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, posted on the Site at https://star-team.ru/terms_and_conditions, carried out by the User performing any actions to use the Site.
User — a person who accesses the Site and uses materials and services posted on the Site.
User Authentication Data — login (as well as the User's email address) and password, which together are recognized as the User's simple electronic signature.
The User independently ensures the safety of his Authentication Data, as well as the possibility of receiving access codes sent to him (via email);
2.1. In accordance with this Agreement, the Administrator grants any User the right to free use of the Site in any way and in any form within its declared functionality and on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2.2. The use of the Site is carried out in accordance with the "as is" principle accepted in world law enforcement practice. In accordance with this principle, no guarantees that the Site will meet all the requirements and expectations of the User, work continuously, quickly and without errors; the results that can be obtained using the Site will be accurate and reliable are not provided and are not provided for.
2.3. The User is considered to have joined this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, gaining access to materials and services of the Site and using the Site in any way and in any form within its functionality, including:
2.4 All disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.1. To use the game functionality of the Site, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result of which he will be provided with personal access to the Personal Account, and a team of 18 players will be created.
3.2. During registration, the User undertakes to fully fill in the information on the issues proposed in the registration form and keep this information up to date. If the User provided incorrect information or the Administrator has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or inaccurate, the Administrator has the right at his discretion to block access to the Personal Account or delete the User's account and refuse the User to use certain functionality of the Site.
3.3. The game uses 2 types of currency: regular (game dollars) and premium (prembs). Regular currency (game dollars) is used to conduct operations for buying and selling players, modernizing team infrastructure, paying prizes, etc. - that is, all possible actions in the game. Premium currency (prembs) is used to obtain various opportunities in the game and provides a small non-game advantage (that is, not affecting the gameplay). Premium currency can be obtained by purchasing prembs, by inviting friends to the game, by participating in tournaments, events, etc.
3.4 ATTENTION! Game currency is not equal to any real money and cannot be used outside the game.
4.1. In order to improve the quality of the Site, the Administrator or persons acting on his behalf have the right to collect opinions and feedback from Users on various issues by sending informational messages when the User visits the Site again or by contacting the contact details specified by the User when registering the Personal Account, via emails (by email), as well as in official StarTeam groups on various platforms (VK, Telegram, Discord, etc.). The collected opinions and feedback may be used to form and evaluate statistical data, various innovations and improvements to StarTeam services. Reviews provided by the User during the survey may also be published (or made public in another way) by the Administrator.
4.2. The Administrator has the right to send informational messages to the User's email address, including, but not limited to, messages related to the functioning of the Site, notifications related to the execution of contracts concluded with the User, information about password recovery, information about in-game events and promotions, etc. The User's consent to receive the informational messages specified in this paragraph from the Administrator is confirmed by accepting the terms of the Agreement.
4.3. The Administrator reserves the right to block the User's Personal Account and disband the team in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement (multi-accounting, bugging, misuse of the site, use of third-party programs that disrupt the site, etc.).
4.4. Blocking the Personal Account and disbanding the team can also be carried out in accordance with the user's wish by clicking the "Request account deletion" button in the "Settings" section or in the user's profile. Account deletion will automatically occur on the 1st of the next month.
5.1. The User does not have the right to use the Site for:

6.1. The Administrator guarantees the reliability, accuracy, completeness or quality only of the information that he himself directly publishes on the Site or in official social networks. The Administrator is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, completeness and quality of information posted on the Site or in official social networks by third parties, including Users.
6.2. The Administrator is not responsible for the incorrect behavior of persons using the Site.
